This is one of many potential views into the site from the surrounding area, letting passers by catch glimpses of the activities inside, and bits of the surroundings behind the site. (the scale will need to be revised though.)

explaining the facade in relation to the program and its different user groups and just the collage of the different floors and various users interacting at different times with each other and sharing the same spaces

In the front, the open square holds activities that engage people with the place. This curves, which remind the past of this place, have different heights and can be used as benches, cafés, ... At the back, the main building closes the plaza and keeps the traffic away from the area now conquered by pedestrians.
