Merlin- If I am understanding your earlier mappings of Tokyo correctly then I find the ambition of your current proposal rather disappointing... sorry. I think your model for understanding how a city might work could have a much bigger impact. Your current proposal is a reiteration of the melting and earlier formal interests- but could be so much more....
